Cancellation Policy

1) You shall not be able to cancel an order once you have received the confirmation. However, if you decide to cancel your confirmed order, you have to contact us at (+91) 9743609743 by quoting your order number within 10 minutes. If the restaurant accepts your cancellation, you shall be charged 20% of the order amount as a cancellation fee. If the restaurant refuses cancellation, because preparation of ordered Food has been completed or delivery personnel have already been dispatched, it may not be cancelled and we will not be able to refund such orders.

2) If the cancellation is accepted by the restaurant, we will then refund the amount in conformity with our refund policy.

3) In an unlikely event that the ordered item is not available for any reason, we will notify you such unavailability and you may cancel the order. In such case, we will then refund the amount in conformity with our refund policy.

4) You shall be able to modify your order on the acceptance of the participating restaurant. In case of any additional amount, you will be charged at the time of the order delivery and in case of refund, we will then refund the amount in conformity with our refund policy.

5) In the unlikely event that the participating restaurant delivers a wrong item, you have the right to reject the delivery of the wrong item and you shall be fully refunded for the missing item.

Refunds Policy

You shall be eligible to a refund only in case if you pay for the order while placing your order.

1. In case of a cancelled order/modified order/rejected delivery in conformity with our ‘Cancellation of Food order(s)’ terms a refund of the eligible amount gets credited to your Askmyfood.com Wallet.

2. In case of an order cancellation is done either by you in conformity with our ‘Cancellation of Food order(s)’ terms or by us in an unlikely event, a refund of the full amount including the applied delivery charges (if any) gets credited to your Askmyfood.com Wallet.

3. If you wish the refund get credited to your bank account, please contact us by sending an e-mail to info@askmyfood.com quoting your order number. The refund amount get credited to your bank account within 14 business days.

Delivery Policy

Delivery Policy is applicable only for the Food orders being made on Askmyfood.com/App

Cash on Delivery

If you have chosen ‘Cash on Delivery’ while placing your order, then your order will be delivered to the address that you specified in your account either by our Delivery Executive or the restaurants’ Delivery Boy within the stated delivery time on the confirmation of your order by the restaurant.

The delivery time stated is an estimation only and may vary.

If you fail to accept the delivery which is out for delivery, or fail to instruct the Delivery Executive/Delivery Boy to reach your locality in case of in-appropriate delivery address then the ordered items shall be considered as delivered to you and either we or the restaurant are not responsible for the failure in delivery. If you have chosen Self Pickup/Takeaway while placing your order, then on the confirmation of your order by the restaurant, you have to reach the restaurant to collect the ordered item(s) by quoting your order number
